Why I started Real-EX

A feeling of frustration

When I was an executive leading large scale transformations
I searched for external support who truly understood culture – not theory or diagnostics. I looked for people with practical experience. But I got reports and concepts, nothing that made culture feel lived and actionable.

Culture is not a ‘softy topic’

I have moved culture from being a conversation in HR, to becoming a central and strategic business critical investment delivering ROI.
